mactcp.lisp

I'm using MacTCP.lisp from the library.

I'm dumping a ton o' lines from a server to a client.

Every once in a great while (maybe 1 in 10,000 or even 100,000), a line
will come through which is incomplete.

Could this be caused by time-out?

If so, it is not readily apparent:  how would I detect a time-out?
