accelerator card for SE

Has anyone ever heard of a Transwarp 1300 Acceletator card from Applied
Engineering for a Mac SE? It is an 40Mhz 030... Does anyone have any
experience with this card (or company)? Does anyone know if MCL would run
on it?
Someone here is low on money and would spend ~$500 on this card instead
of a new machine.
