creating file with icon

Hello happy lisper,

I would like to create file (from MCL, of course) that would be displayed
with an icon.

I tried with adding a bundle in MCL and I screw up the entire bundle of MCL
:-( What is the exact procedure. Is it even possible.

In fact, I would like to do it only with lisp commands. I have a ressource
file form which I can get icon resources but I can't figure out how to
paste the icon to the file (form the Lisp).
