You need the patch in
cambridge.apple.com:/pub/MCL2/patches/cyclone-cursor-patch

For best results, just install the whole 2.01 upgrade, which is
cambridge.apple.com:/pub/MCL2/patches/2.0->2.0.1.sea.hqx
