Sliders?

Hi --

Does anyone have or know of a nice slider class -- you know, the kind
of thing with a button that moves up and down a line, and resets the value
of an underlying variable appropriately?  The more bells and whistles
the better.  Are any of the packages on cambridge.apple.com particularly
dedicated to standard GUI widgets?  I've pulled a few off, but I'm not
doing well at guessing the contents from the names!
