re: future plans for MCL

A whole bunch of our news messages got clobbered over the weekend,
but I take it from the little that got through that Apple
has made a firm decision to drop MCL development.

I am about to purchase several machines and would like to know
if this is true.  If so, I will probably switch to another platform.

I know I should know this, but who do I write to for information
and to complain (for all the good that will do.)
