MCL compatibility with MAE under UNIX

There has been a questions raised about whether MCL runs under the new
Macintosh Application Environment (MAE) for UNIX from Apple.

While MCL has not been tested under MAE, we have no reason to believe that
there are any incompabilities.  If you try to use MCL under MAE and encounter
any problems, please report them to bug-mcl.
