MacTCP.lisp with MacTCP 2.04

I am trying to use TCP/IP from mcl2 with lots of crashes etc. What is the
solution??  The MacTCP.lisp is dated 1992 as are the sample programs.
The new MacTCP 2.04 doesn't seem to work with in on my Quadra 650.
