Oh, I thought you were just looking for the general file-handling
side of it. You can get all sorts of fun algorithms from newsgroups
like sci.crypt and alt.security. You should get the cryptography 
FAQ from one of these ftp sites:

ftp.csua.berkeley.edu   /pub/cypherpunks
ftp.eff.org             /pub/cud
cipher.com
ripem.msu.edu:pub/crypt
wimsey.bc.ca            /pub/crypto

I'm not aware of any written in Common Lisp, but it shouldn't
be too hard to translate once you get the algorithm.
