pict-svm

I am using pict-u to view pict files succesfully. However, I would like to use
pict-svm instead because of the auto-sizing feature. I do not know how to invokand I could not any examples in the manual "oodles-of-utils". I would appreciate
it if any one show me how to use it to view a pict file by name "test" for example. Thank you.
