mcl app as bkg app

hi folk,

how is it possible to make an MCL app to be a background only appl? Should
I change the flag bkg only of the rsrc SIZE with resedit ? How is it
possible to get rid of the listener (I wonder if it is not an faq) ?

any hints appreciated

BTW: it is possible to script MCL from applescript with the command do
script (a-string). Don't forget to paste an eate rsrc before. You can copy
those of HC 2.2 for instance, it seems to work without trouble.
