if/endif/ifdef/else/and define

Hello,

I am attempting to redefine the mathlink.h to be used form MCL, but my first stumbling block is what are the equivalent MCL types of :

ifdef
extern
endif
if
else
& 
define 
undefined

I hope this is not FAQ?

P.S.  I looked thru the XJ3 and MCL documentaiton but could not readily find these types.
