In order to upgrade from 1.3 to 3.0 you would have had to go through the
1.3 to 2.0.1 upgrade, so you did the right thing.  Your next upgrade to 3.0
will be from APDA (after June 12) if you are an institutional user, or from
Digitool if you are an individual user.
