don't know the real answer, but I agree .. there must be some special
treatment of (throw :cancel ..) at the top level.
A related effect seems to be the appearance of the word "Cancelled"
at the listener:
? (throw :cancel nil)
Cancelled
?
This is actually a bit annoying when you don't want it, and can't suppress it.
So, I look forward to others' comments on this ...
