akcl on DEC 3100s

I am trying to port AKCL to DEC 3100s.
After ftp-ing the AKCL and KCL tar files (akcl.tar and kcl.tar) from
rascal.ics.utexas.edu I noticed that
the  akcl/h/ directory which consists of machine specific
definitions, does not have any for the MIPS based DEC3100s.

Do such files  exist for the 3100s?
Has anyone already ported AKCL to 3100s? If so, I would
appreciate it if you could let me know what needs to be done.
