Footnote on making AKcl

One of the points I made earlier was that dynamic linking and save-system
where the most unportable parts of A/Kcl, and that it would be nice to be
able to make AKcl without relying on them.  It would be annoying to have
to statically link in compiled modules but not a show stopper, besides as
wfs pointed out they would end up in the text segment and be shareable.

The Sun 4.1 problems with the .o files underline this point.
Sure THAT problem will be fixed, but wouldn't it be nice to have a version
that would be known to run on any remotely Unix box, albeit slightly
inconveniently.
