In my opinion, the package stuff in Common Lisp is the most misbegotten,
poorly designed code ever fosted onto the Lisp community.  *Nobody* 
understands it on first encounter, and few people can manage it even
with detailed study.  Most people seem to just give up and follow one
or two safe practices by rote (such as dumping everything into one
package).

I'd like to give you some helpful hints, but I don't understand it any
better than anyone eles.
