AKCL for MSDOS

I would like to build the MSDOS version of AKCL from scratch.  I have
the following:

	kcl
	akcl-615
	beta2
	djgpp108
	go32modifications

1.  Do I have everything I need?  If not, are there any plans to release the
    remaining patches?

2.  Are there any instructions or special proceedures?
