problem installing akcl on Decstation

The file h/dec3100.h defines:

	#define UNIXSAVE "savedec31.c"

but there is no savedec31.c in the distribution. Can anyone suggest
a workaround? I tried switching to save_sgi4.c and the compile
progressed further but then saved_kcl seems
to get in an infinite loop.

- ULTRIX 4.3 on Decstation 5000/25
- compiling on local disk
