Re: &keywords

Just to make sure I'm clear on the discussion:  Is it being proposed
that &keywords should be eliminated and will no longer work, if someone
comes up with a "clean" replacement for them?  Or is it being proposed
that some new construct be introduced and that the &keywords stay around
to avoid breaking the code that uses them?  My fault for inattention
if this has already been clarified.
