That sounds like a good way to implement JSR. How about JRA; it is useful
inside the source of Maclisp, so we should certainly provide it to the
programmer as well. Any ideas?
While we are changing things, perhaps we should follow the lead of Pascal,
and only allow numbers to be used as PROG tags.
