I would like to cast one small vote in favor of keeping the syntax
of LISP minimal.  All the arguments about readability of noise words,
reserved words, unreadability of parens, etc., sound like they are
coming from the PASCAL world.  I can't believe I'm reading it.  I'd
prefer the old days, when LISP code was so straightforward that
even a computer program could easily read it.        Regards, Mark
