interlisp-like primitives in lisp

...some are available in the LISP F3 package, which implements
a (rather minimal) lisp in fortran, and builds INTERLISP-like
structures on top of that. The higher-level fns are written
in basic LISP, and might be translatable to FRANZ LISP with minimal
problems.
I forget the extent of the subset implemented, but I'll later
look it up if you send your needs to me.
