The manual does not mention anything about the "2CHAR" argument of
settermchars, or anything about control-N being a terminal character; however, it
seems that the 'standard system' comes with control-N as the 2CHAR on
editcharacters, confusing anyone who attempts to make control-N an interrupt
during greet.

I also left out of the documentation for the new PMAP stuff that if you mappage
with "file"=777777Q and "page"=-1 that you will get a blank page. If you use the
same "file" later (i.e. the EQ large integer) then you will get the same page.
