The var HELPSYSINTERRUPTS contains the list given to
INTERRUPTCHAR to set the helpsys interrupts. It is currently
(5 (HELPCTRLE T) T 28 (HELPCTRLE) T).. If you want to
change the interrupts around, you can change this list,
set it to NIL (in which case HELPSYS won't enable ANY intterupts)
or, say, change the 28 to 15 to make oc
