New mac & .com on <newlisp>.
The the FLG arg of USERNAME has now been expanded so that
if FLG is not a string pointer and non-nil, then
username will return it's result as an atom.
the FLG arg has also been added to HOSTNAME.
for macscratchstring hackers: The new fn ATMCONC0 is like STRCONC0 but
returns an atom instead of a string.
