    Having recently reviewed the CLOS material, I think the description of
    method combination is self-contained. The only problem I found was that
    the term ``method combination procedure'' is used in the section on 
    DEFINE-METHOD-COMBINATION and it is not defined.

I assume this is a reference to the procedure defined on page 4-21.
Should have a specific cross-reference inserted.
