Well it's far from free but ...
If you buy Poplog from System's Designers, you get Sussex University's Poplog
environment with Pop11, Common Lisp, and Prolog. For not a lot extra you can
also have Poplog ML which an implementation of Standard ML, integrated into
Poplog in "the usual" way (ie integrated editor, on-line help).
Poplog also runs on Suns and HP 9000/300s and various other things.
