Wanted: SCOOPS info

I'm relatively new to scheme, and I have taken on a class project which
I plan to implement in SCOOPS.  The version we have (for Cscheme) is
apparently incorrect as it doesn't accept simple requests to create 
instances.  Does anyone know of a recent public domain version which
might have corrected these bugs?  Thanks for any info.
