search for IBM-PC (compatible) scheme

I would appreciate pointers to any version of scheme that will run on an IBM
pc or compatible.  I have heard of pc-scheme (from TI?) but don't know
anything about it.  Does it work well, how much does it cost, from where is
it obtainable, etc.

Any pointers to public domain (hah hah) schemes that run on such machines
would be appreciated as well.
