Scheme in Forth?

I was casually browsing comp.lang.forth a few days ago, and I think that
it was then that I caught an article asking for information about Scheme
in Forth.
  
Does anyone know of such a magic device, and from where it can be snarfed
(preferably by FTP)?   I am curious to see how such a thing would implement
the garbage-collection (or other memory-management) in a Forth virtual
machine, especially on a host-machine like an 8088 Incredibly Bad Machine
Xtra-Terrible clone.
