scheme 7.0 manual found

     Okay, the scheme 7.0 manual is at FTP site zurich.ai.mit.edu and is
located in the directory pub/scheme-7.0.  The file is named man.tar.Z.

     Also located in this directory are many files that are not located
at prep.ai.mit.edu.
