Sony NEWS 3250:

    20 MHz R3000 (R3010 FP is optional.)
    64k caches (I and D each)
    8 megs (expandable to 48 megs) of RAM
    204 Meg disk
    1120x768 LCD screen (maybe greyscale)
    17 pounds.

The above configuration is just under $10,000. You can get a 400 meg disk
instead. The OS is a SysVr4 port done by Sony (or maybe Pyramid). Available
in March. The above info was gleaned from an article in the Jan 7th issue
of Electrical Engineering Times.
