Telnet problems to 4.3

We have trouble telneting to UNIX 4.3BSD machines from our symbolics
machines.  It's the same problem that was discussed earlier on SLUG
(Comes up in Half Duplex mode and uses <line> instead of <return>
as the end of line delimeter).  Someone had mentioned a patch to the
problem but I don't remember the patch ever being sent out.  If any
-one out there has a patch, I would sure appreciate it.
