Searching for TEX & Network protocols.

 Is anyone aware of an implementation (either existing or under way)
 of the following softwares for the 36xx family.
- 1) TEX, LATEX, METAFONT and friends
- 2) BITNET protocol (enabling a 36xx to become a BITNET-EARN host/site)
- 3) any other non local area network protocol (widely used in Europe
     if possible) like UUCP or something similar.

If so I would be VERY glad to hear about it.  Thanks a lot in advance.
