Chess-playing programs for the Symbolics?

Does anybody know of or have a program that plays an acceptable game
of chess, is written in Lisp and runs on a Symbolics machine? I'm not
interested in fancy window-oriented interfaces; it's more important
that such a program be able to accept legal board positions and
generate a good next move. Source code is a must. Such a program
might serve as the "knowledge source" in an experimental natural
language query system (an interactive chess tutor/advisor) currently
under development. Any info along these lines would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
