       Could you mail me your RTAPE stuff that runs TCP/IP?  We are trying to
    do it through Berkely 4.3.

Rather than sending a 28kb response to each of these requests (this was
the third) I have sent our code to Mac Michaels (Michaels@MCC.COM), the
SLUG Librarian.  Further requests should be made through the SLUG
Library process.  The submission is in the form of a Unix shell archive.
