slug membership

i second will taylor's posting.  at the slug meeting
before aaai-87, we were promised that the $10 would be refunded.
that didn't happen (or at least i never received mine).  also, we
haven't heard much about library tapes since the tex for lispms.
finally, what's the status for those of us who are consultants
and do not actually *own* a lispm?
