Resolution of "domain" names in Arpanet mail, names such as
"symbolics.com", don't work well anywhere on the Arpanet as far as I
know.  This has made it become pretty hard to send mail anywhere.  Some
alternative addresses you can try if customer-reports@symbolics.com
doesn't seem to be working are:

  customer-reports@stony-brook.scrc.symbolics.com
  customer-reports@scrc-stony-brook.arpa
  customer-reports@scrc-stony-brook
  customer-reports%scrc-stony-brook@mc.lcs.mit.edu

And you can also try substituting "riverside" for "stony-brook"
in any of the above.  Good luck.
