Multiple color screens

    Has anyone tried having multiple color screens on one machine (i.e. more
    than one color board; I don't mean making more than one screen on the
    same piece of hardware).

Sure.  It works, within the limits of the bus in question (in terms of
board space, and some of the older 3600 machines have a wire-wrapped
"baby backplane" you have to watch for).  I have set up a CAD buffer
with a hires system together in a 3670.  Doing multiple CAD buffers is
particularly straightforward.
