The Bach program was done by Bernie Greenberg, then of Symbolics.
It was quite impressive. Bernie left Symbolics a couple of
years ago, and I doubt it has kept up with the march of releases,
but maybe Bernie and Symbolics would be willing to let someone
hack it.
