Does Symbolics realize that replying to bug messages over the SLUG
mailing list is FREE ADVERTISING for maintenance.
More People might pay for Maintenance if they could see that it is active
and responsive to all users.
I agree with Richard that the existence of a fix is worthwhile. If
people know that a bug has been fixed that they would really like, they
might be encouraged to sign up for maintenance.
