hi,

gIBIS is a hypertext system developped at MCC.
gIBIS expands to graphical Issue Based Information Systems.
Intended to support collaborative work. "Makes use of color and high
speed relational database server to facilitate building and browsing
typed IBIS networks."
You may want to contact conklin@mcc.com and begeman@mcc.com.
