    And it should get more interesting in the future.  The raw cycles
    available are going to continue to jump very quickly in the RISC
    world.  I doubt if Symbolics can keep being a state-of-the-art iron
    company.  In about five years I think laptops will be about as
    powerful as the machines sitting on my desk now.  I'm sure that Lucid
    or Franz or somebody will be making a good Lisp for them.  How about
    Symbolics?

I would guess Symbolics will probably have a laptop model of their own.
