Is anybody aware of any detailed documentation concerning the Scribe formatting language? I've been able to extract quite a bit of info from >nsage>database.lisp, but lack a high level understanding of the workings, eg. the processing of header and footers, designing books, creating indices, etc. It appears quite functional, but I'm not interested in dishing out $ for Concordia at the moment.
