Need Help Reading VAX Tapes on Symbolics ...

   Symbolics Users,

   I am trying to transfer files from a VAX system to the Symbolics with
   the use of a 9-track reel-to-reel tape.  Please send me any information
   or source code regarding this problem.  I will need source code and
   procedures that apply to both the VAX and the Symbolics systems.  It
   would also be useful to also transfer files in the other direction.
   Please don't delay.

Jeff, you ought to have talked with me first.  I wrote all the symbolics
code to do the vax tape stuff back in December, and it WORKS.
