Need help locating menu functionality

      I seem to recall seeing a function that will allow a user to order a list
    of choices in a menu by dragging choices up or down in the list.
    Unfortunately I spent quite some time with apropos and the Document
    Examiner yesterday and couldn't locate it.  I think it was actually
    an addition to Genera that was part of the color system (written by SGD).
    I have looked through my old Color System addendums and release notes as
    well to no avail.  Can anyone give me a pointer to this functionality?
