Portrait screendump question

I want to import Symbolics screen dump picture into Ventura Publisher
on a PC as an Encapsulated postscript file.  I know how to capture
the output to file by assigning a file to 
hardcopy::*default-bitmap-printer*.  But I do not know how to...
1) get the output rotated 90 degrees in order to get a portrait picture;
2) get the eps format (though I can edit the file manually to solve this one).
Can anybody help me with these questions?
