Color Text on CAD Buffer II --- revisited

This and one other hack have also come from some work we're doing on a
color system prototype.  We got tired of difficulties reading text in
listener windows, playing with menus, etc., so we have a text color
macro and another you might be interested in which sets the blinker
alu of windows, particularly useful for menus where the highlighting
of items would not show up otherwise.
