Maximum LMFS File Size

There was a hack mentioned on this list some time ago (~2
years?) that modified the dumper to not back up certain
files/directories if they had a given property (e.g.
:dont-back-up).  It shouldn't be too hard to reproduce.
Some people used it to keep from dumping Genera sources,
etc, on each complete backup.
